The Fayette County Court Clerk’s Office is a public office and all records contained therein are available for public inspection from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday of each week except for official holidays. The State and Superior Court records held and maintained for safekeeping by this office are open for inspection by the public in accordance with Uniform Superior Court Rule 21(USCR 21) unless sealed by court order or by Georgia law.

The eCertification and copy service is provided for individuals who need certified copies or regular copies of documents for legal and personal purposes. This is NOT a service for open records. If you need to inspect any of the Clerk’s records please do so during normal business hours.

All records are available, with the exception of those few files checked out for use in court and court rulings by the judges. Review of the files and their contents must be made within the confines of the clerk’s office under the supervision of the clerk’s staff.

To purchase a Certified Copy(s) of your Court or Real Estate Record, visit the eCertification site https://ecert.gsccca.org.

Your request will be processed electronically for a fee through the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority and delivered to your email.

Regular, non-certified copies can be requested at copies.fayette@gmail.com.

All regular non-certified copies are $1.00 per page. Payment is required in advance of service. Superior and State court records are also available for viewing and purchase through https://www.PeachCourt.com.
