The Filing Activity Notification System (FANS) is a FREE and STATE-WIDE system designed to offer individuals the ability to receive a notification when certain real estate and personal property records are filed with, indexed, and data is transmitted by Clerks of Superior Court throughout the state of Georgia.
PropertyCheck is a FREE and LOCAL service that helps protect residents from potential property and mortgage fraud on registered property. PropertyCheck will automatically alert you of any recordings regarding the property you specify.
