Gov. Brian P. Kemp on June 3 administered the oath of office to Marie Greene Broder as District Attorney of the Griffin Judicial Circuit. Kemp announced Broder’s appointment in February.
Today Governor Brian P. Kemp announced his selection of Ben Miller, Jr. to fill a vacancy on the Superior Court of the Griffin Judicial Circuit. Miller will fill the vacancy created by Mack Crawford's resignation.
Benjamin Coker becomes the circuit's fifth superior court judge—a new post created by the Georgia General Assembly last year.
Current Fayette County Superior Court Clerk Sheila Studdard has honored those clerks of court who came before her, dating back to 1830.
