This site is maintained primarily for the benefit of the citizens of Fayette County and others who require the services from the Office of the Clerk, Sheila Studdard.
My goal as your clerk is to provide as much information and as many services on-line as possible, thus facilitating the most expedient and inexpensive delivery of services to taxpayers and other customers. My experience is that individuals appreciate the ability to be self-sufficient in their interactions with the Courts.

Today Governor Brian P. Kemp announced his selection of Ben Miller, Jr. to fill a vacancy on the Superior Court of the Griffin Judicial Circuit. Miller will fill the vacancy created by Mack Crawford's resignation. -
