Press Release - eFiling Begins Now! Print E-mail

January 14, 2015 – Atlanta, GA – The Griffin Judicial Circuit announced the general availability of
electronic filing in Superior Court today. PeachCourt, Georgia’s statewide eFiling system, is now
available for attorneys filing in the Superior Courts of Fayette and Upson Counties. Pike County
Superior Court will adopt the eFiling program before February 1 and Spalding County Superior Court
expects to follow later in 2015.

Procedures for Submitting Proposed Orders to Judge Tommy R. Hankinson Print E-mail
Judge Hankinson has outlined procedures for any order which is submitted to him for consideration.  All orders submitted must comply with USCR 36.4 and have a self addressed stamped envelop enclosed.  For the full procedure see his letter under the Local Notices Menu on this site.  To expedite signing, mail all proposed orders directly to Judge Hankinson's office in Griffin.  The mailing address is: P.O.
