January 14, 2015 – Atlanta, GA – The Griffin Judicial Circuit announced the general availability of
electronic filing in Superior Court today. PeachCourt, Georgia’s statewide eFiling system, is now
available for attorneys filing in the Superior Courts of Fayette and Upson Counties. Pike County
Superior Court will adopt the eFiling program before February 1 and Spalding County Superior Court
expects to follow later in 2015.

Notary Public Online Forms

The Fayette County Superior Court Clerk, Sheila Studdard, is proud to announce that new and renewal notary public applications are now available to be completed online.

In an effort to provide ease and convenience, Sheila Studdard, Fayette County Superior Court Clerk, in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority, has developed an online notary public application process.

CLICK HERE to access the Georgia Notary Online Application.  Fill out the application online and print a copy.  Once all the necessary signatures are obtained, simply bring the notary public application to the Fayette County Superior Court Clerk’s office for processing.

Document processing office hours are: 9AM to 4:30PM -- Monday thru Friday.
